What we collect

• Contact details you enter in the enquiry form: name, email, optional phone or messenger handle.
• Your rough level, time zone and the goal you describe.
• IP address and basic request metadata, kept only to prevent abuse and spam.
• Lesson attendance, homework submissions and recordings made during lessons.

Why

To answer your enquiry, agree a plan, deliver lessons and keep a record of progress. We do not sell data, do not run advertising trackers, and do not share your details with third parties beyond the payment provider that issues invoices.

How long

Enquiries that do not turn into lessons: 12 months. Active students: while you study, then 24 months for accounting and dispute purposes. Lesson recordings are deleted on request at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@lingvale.com — we reply within 30 days, usually faster.

Cookies

One cookie, for the student area session. No analytics, no tracking pixels. If you never sign in, no cookie is set at all.
